PURPOSE OF THE DATA COLLECTION
The processing of data is necessary in order to manage relations with the interested party (Customer and/or potential Customer) with reference to the purchase of the company's products and services, and all operations related to the fulfilment of the contract (delivery, invoicing, warranty management, etc.).
The data collected is also used for direct and indirect marketing activities, through the forwarding of promotional communications to the interested party through the communication channels indicated below.

DATA STORAGE PERIOD
The data will be kept for the minimum time necessary for the fulfilment of the contract with the Customer, including the period covered by the products’ warranty and/or any product recalls or updates. In accordance with current regulations, data may also be stored for use by direct and indirect marketing campaigns for a consonant period relating to the purposes and commercial dynamics of the product itself.

VOLUNTARY CONFERRAL OF DATA 
The Customer is free to decline the processing of his/her personal data, but this may result in the inability to establish or continue the execution of the contract. 
In any case, consent for marketing purposes may be denied without this entailing any damage to the Customer regarding his/her position towards the Data Controller.

TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED
Personal data and billing data as well as data regarding commercial preferences are collected for marketing purposes.

PROCESSING METHOD 
Personal data will be processed through the use of analogical and electronic tools. Processing may also be carried out using automated systems. In relation to this specific processing method, the Customer shall have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing. He/she may decline using the email indicated below.

DISCLOSURE OF DATA
Within the company the Customer’s data will be passed on to the departments and processors involved in fulfilling the Contract with the customer. Security measures will be taken to protect the data from leakages. The data may be fully or partially shared with suppliers of services who process the data on behalf of the Data Controller. The data will not be disclosed in any way.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
At any time, the interested party has the rights referred to in Article 15 and subsequent ones, of the European Regulation no. 679/2016 and precisely: the right to know if your personal data is being processed and to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request its integration, cancellation, limitation, updating, correction, become anonymous or deny its processing for legitimate reasons and to lodge a complaint with the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
The consent given to the processing may be revoked at any time resulting in the interruption of the processing.
